For offline order, we will process the order and check the payment with the bank within 1-3 working days once we received the receipt of payment. If your order is successfully accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email from SVICloud HK.

TVCity SVICloud TV Box Shipping Policy

 

 

When you place an order on SVICloud TV in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 1 to 2 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are subject to product availability.  For high demand products, processing time of shipping products might take longer.  If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will restock and ship out as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding the shipping date or specific shipping needs, please contact us directly or email us at shop@svicloudnet.com.


For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Currently we offer worldwide shipping with different shipping carriers depending on different countries. Orders placed with a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of SVICloud TV’s choice (eg. DHL/Fedex/Postal). Free shipping promotions are subject to limitations in certain locations (eg. remote areas as defined by courier companies).

Due to recent tariff policy changes in US, all US shipments will be shipped via postal service which will minimize the impact of tariff on US shipments.

Generally, we offer worldwide delivery for all the products on SVICloud TV.

 

SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREA
The shipping cost does NOT include extra costs defined as remote area shipping fees from the chosen shipping company. When your shipping address is defined as a remote area according to the shipping company, we will contact you to collect the additional shipping cost before we ship out your order.   Please note that free shipping offer does not cover remote area cost.

If you are not sure about whether your address is remote or not, you are recommended to check at the website of the shipping company (either DHL / Fedex) before placing your order. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us at shop@svicloudnet.com, and we will check for you.  Alternatively, you can provide another shipping address which you have access to and it is not considered to be a remote area.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. SVICloud TV would reserve the rights for charging any additional cost or expenses incurred from such arrangement. 

If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after shipping completed email is received; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we will cancel Your Order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the Products. No refund will be issued.  SVICloud TV would reserve the rights for claiming any pending payments or corresponding expenses incurred due to such cancellation.

Easy Returns & Refunds

At SVICloud TV, we aim to provide you with top-notch products that exceed your expectations. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return and refund process. Take a look at the guidelines below to understand how it works.

Returning an Item

If you need to return an item for any reason, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to initiate the process. Here's how it works:

  1. Drop Us a Line: Shoot an email to shop@svicloudnet.com with the details of your return request.
  2. Include the Paperwork: Attach a copy of your order confirmation or invoice, along with photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Sit Tight: Our team will get back to you within 2 working days with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please don't send the item(s) back until you hear from us and receive the go-ahead.

Shipping It Back

The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Our Mistake: If we sent you a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover the shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid label.
  • Change of Heart: If you simply changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

In case you're handling the return shipping, make sure the item(s) reach us within 7 working days from the date of approval or the agreed-upon date. We'll provide you with the return address.

Keeping It in Good Shape

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit.

If the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or get damaged during shipping (not due to the carrier's fault), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair from your refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

If available, we may offer a replacement for the original item you purchased. Replacement item(s) will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days after we receive the return and complete our quality checks.

Canceling an Order

  • Within 24 Hours: If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it and before it's shipped, we'll charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the order amount.
  • After Shipping: If you want to cancel an order after it's been shipped (buyer's remorse), you'll need to return the items within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 30% of the order amount will apply.
  • Partial Cancellation: If you want to reduce the quantity of an item after placing an order, it'll be considered a partial cancellation, and a cancellation fee of 10% of the cancelled amount will be charged.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery by contacting shop@svicloudnet.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.

A defective item is one that has a material imperfection in its manufacture or design, making it less acceptable, useful, or safe than reasonably expected. The defect must be inherent to the item due to a manufacturing or design fault and not caused by misuse.

Once we receive the defective item, we'll inspect it to determine if the defect is covered under our warranty policy. If it is, we'll offer one of the following options:

  • Repair: We'll repair the defective item and send it back to you in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Replacement: If the item can't be repaired, we'll replace it with the same model or a comparable alternative, subject to availability.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement isn't feasible, we'll issue a refund for the defective item.

Please note that the warranty doesn't cover defects or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

Getting Your Refund

Refunds for eligible returns, cancellations, or defective items will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned item(s) at our facility. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If the refund is for a cancelled order, the refund amount will be the total amount paid minus any applicable cancellation or restocking fees.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Certain items are non-refundable and can't be returned unless they're defective. This includes:

Welcome to SVICloud TV Website!

Thank you for choosing our products (“Products”)  and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by SVICloud TV.

By using our Products and Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Our products are mostly electronic charging gadgets and waterproofing gadgets and fun travel gadgets. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Products, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Products.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items which you have placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

 

  • Once Your Order is successfully accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email from SVICloud TV.
