您可以透過兩種主要方式為您的 SviCloud 盒子擴充功能：
• 官方商店安裝 (推薦): 最安全、最簡單的方法是透過內建的 Google Play 商店或 SviCloud 應用商店。只需打開商店，搜尋您想要的應用程式，然後點擊「安裝」即可。
• 手動安裝 (進階): 您也可以透過側面安裝 APK 檔案來安裝應用程式。

You can expand your SviCloud box's functionality in two main ways:
• Official App Stores (Recommended): The safest and easiest method is to use the built-in Google Play Store or SviCloud App Store. Simply open the store, search for the app you want, and select "Install".
• Manual Installation (Advanced): You can also install apps by sideloading APK files.

An APK is an app installer file for the Android OS. To install one, download the APK file to a USB drive, insert it into the box, use a File Manager app to locate it, and click to install. Important: You must first enable the "Install unknown apps" permission for the File Manager app in the system settings.

You must be very careful. To ensure your device's security, only download APKs from trusted, well-known, and official websites. Installing from untrusted sources can expose your device to malware and viruses.

• 方法一：在主螢幕上，長按您想移除的 App 圖示，然後選擇「解除安裝」。
• 方法二：進入「設定」->「應用程式」->「查看所有應用程式」，選擇您想移除的 App，然後選擇「解除安裝」。

You can easily remove an app using either of these methods:
• Method 1: On the home screen, long-press the app icon you want to remove and select "Uninstall".
• Method 2: Go to Settings -> Apps -> See all apps, select the app you want to remove, and choose "Uninstall".

應用程式的更新管道取決於其安裝來源。從 Google Play 商店安裝的應用程式可以在該商店中更新。而預裝的應用和來自 SviCloud 商店的應用，通常會自動通知您有可用更新，您也可以在 SviCloud 應用商店中手動檢查。

The update method depends on the app's source. Apps from the Google Play Store can be updated there. Pre-installed apps and apps from the SviCloud store will typically notify you of updates, or you can check for them manually within the SviCloud App Store.

If an app is frozen, you can force it to close. Go to Settings -> Apps -> See all apps, find the unresponsive app, select it, and then choose the "Force stop" option.

Cache is temporary data an app stores to run faster. If an app becomes buggy or slow, clearing its cache is a great first troubleshooting step that solves many problems without losing your settings or logins. You can find this option in the app's info page under Settings -> Apps.

「清除資料」是一個更徹底的操作，它會將應用程式恢復到初始安裝狀態，刪除所有相關資料，包括快取、設定、帳號和已儲存的檔案。這相當於重新安裝該應用。請在「強制停止」和「清除快取」都無效時，才使用這個方法作為最後的解決手段。

Clearing data is a full reset. It deletes all the app's data, including cache, settings, accounts, and saved files, effectively returning it to its initial state. Use this as a last resort if force-stopping and clearing cache don't resolve the issue.

Try downloading the file again or finding a different version of the app.
