我們新增了訂單查詢頁：輸入訂單編號及下單時使用的電郵，即時顯示物流記錄 —— 由發貨、離開香港、到抵達當地派送，每一個節點都看得到。不需要登記帳戶，不需要登入。
Our new order tracking page shows the live carrier timeline — dispatch, departure, arrival, delivery. Enter your order number and email. No account, no login.
為什麼這件事重要
電視盒子的水貨市場很大，價錢也常常相近。分別通常不在開箱那一刻，而在之後：

看得到貨在哪裡。我們的訂單以快遞寄出並提供追蹤號碼，每一張單都可以查。
Every order ships tracked, and you can look it up yourself at any time. -
出問題有人跟。物流異常時，你可以直接聯絡我們，由我們代你向物流商查詢，而不是自己對著一個查不到的單號。
If something goes wrong, we chase the carrier — you are not left alone with a dead tracking number. -
行貨、正確韌體區域、一年保養。硬件故障可免寄回換新。

We will not claim to ship faster than anyone else — that depends on the carrier and your location. What we do offer is that you always know where your parcel is, and there is always someone to ask.
怎樣查詢
- 打開訂單查詢頁。
- 輸入訂單編號 —— 可在確認電郵中找到，開頭為 ST。
- 輸入下單時使用的電郵地址。
- 完成驗證，即可看到最新物流記錄。
Open the tracking page, enter your order number (it starts with ST, and is in your confirmation email) and the email you ordered with.
常見情況
顯示「準備發貨」？訂單已確認但未出貨。電視盒子一般以快遞寄出，3–6 個工作天送達；發貨後你會收到電郵通知。
“Preparing” means the order is confirmed but not yet dispatched. TV boxes ship by tracked express, typically 3–6 working days.
查不到訂單？請確認訂單編號與確認電郵上的完全相同，並使用下單時的電郵地址。仍然查不到就聯絡我們。
Not found? Check the order number matches your confirmation email exactly. Still stuck — contact us.
物流記錄幾天沒更新？跨境運送在轉運期間常有數天沒有新節點，屬正常。超過一星期沒有更新，請聯絡我們跟進。
A few days without a new checkpoint is normal in cross-border transit. More than a week — tell us and we will chase it.
